Program Description:
Municipal Searches are not easy. They take a long time to complete, they frequently reveal problems, and are they even title matters? Whether it is residential or commercial, more and more attorneys are ordering full municipal searches for all purchase files. What do we do with open permits? What if there wasn’t even a permit? How does the new nine (9) year statute impact the old six (6) year old statute? Find out the answers to all these questions and more.
