Program participants will learn the benefits and drawbacks of utilizing an irrevocable life insurance trust (ILIT) as part of a client’s estate plan, with a focus on relevant tax implications. This highly instructional seminar will provide participants with drafting techniques for both ILITs and Crummey letters.
