About the Program:
This seminar will provide participants with a perspective on the implications that improper estate planning can have on animals. Participants will learn techniques for counseling clients who own companion animals, exotic animals with long life spans, and farm animals on how to prepare for incapacity and death. Participants will learn applicable will and trust drafting strategies, with a special emphasis on drafting pet trusts.
