About the Program:
This program will guide attendees through the role of the conservator, the different types of conservators, and ethical obligations of the conservator. The speakers will address the duties and expectations once appointed as well as cover the practical needs of most appointments. Speakers will review the Connecticut Supreme Court’s most recent rulings concerning conservator liability and strategies to protect conservators from liability.
