About the Program:
This training will help attorneys who provide legal services to veterans with disability and related claims before the Veterans Administration, in addition to providing legal assistance in the more traditional areas of family law, housing law and employment law matters.
Attorneys accredited previously, MUST update their training to maintain accreditation. This seminar will provide the required training.

Attorneys representing clients for veterans’ benefits must be accredited by the Department of Veterans Affairs and must satisfy the CLE requirement contained in the May 2008 final rules established by the VA’s accreditation process. The VA regulations require completion of qualifying CLE “during the first 12-month period following the date of initial accreditation by the VA, an additional qualifying CLE within three years after the initial accreditation date, and every two years thereafter.
