About the Program:
This program is designed to improve both new and experienced lawyers’ outcomes in child custody cases by using psychological information. It provides a practical roadmap for lawyers, maximizes both technological and common sense tools, and emphasizes case management strategies that proactively address psychological issues before they derail a case. It also helps attorneys prepare for court.

Who Should Purchase:
New and experienced family law attorneys

You Will Learn:

  • About proactive use of psychological “child and family based” information in routine family law practice areas such as addiction, domestic violence, overnights and young children, and co-parenting.
  • How to apply relevant psychological information at routine client touch points including client intake, short calendar, settlement meetings, client-meetings, and litigation.
  • Strategies and techniques to effectively manage the “family” side of cases to achieve better outcomes.
